How it works

Pick a design
Thirty-four designs across birthdays, weddings, showers, holidays, dinners and meetings. Change the colours and pattern if you want something closer to your theme.
Fill in the details
Date, time zone, address, a note to your guests. Add a video link for anyone joining remotely — it only shows to guests who reply yes.
Add your guests
Type them in, paste a list, or upload a CSV. We accept email addresses and US mobile numbers, and we merge duplicates instead of piling them up.
Send and track
Every guest gets a personal link. Replies appear on your dashboard in real time, with headcounts, meal choices and answers to whatever you asked.
Common questions
Do my guests need an account?
No. They tap their link, choose an answer and they are done. Accounts are only for people hosting events.
Is there a guest limit?
No. Invite ten people or a thousand — the price is the same either way, which is nothing.
How do text messages work?
If the site owner has connected an SMS provider, invitations and reminders can go out as texts to US mobile numbers alongside email. Guests can reply STOP at any time.
Can I change the date after sending?
Yes. Edit the details, then send an update from the Messages tab so everyone knows. Their calendar file updates too.
What happens when the party is full?
Set a capacity and extra guests land on a waitlist automatically. If someone drops out, the next person moves up and gets an email.
Can I get my data out?
Any time. The guest list, replies, party sizes and every custom answer export to CSV with one click.
