Using the site

Create an account, invite people to real events, have a nice time. The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee that every message arrives or that the site is always up.

Your guest list

Only add people who would expect to hear from you about this event. Do not use this site for marketing, bulk mail or anything that would make a reasonable person say "how did they get my number".

Text messages

If text messaging is enabled here, you are responsible for having permission to text the numbers you upload. US law (the TCPA) takes this seriously and so do we: every message carries an opt-out, and STOP is honoured everywhere, permanently.

Content

You own what you upload. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, or that you do not have the rights to. The site operator may remove content and close accounts that break this.

Cost

There is no charge for any feature, and no feature is ever moved behind a payment. If that ever changes on this installation, that is the operator's decision, not part of these terms.
